How to schedule journal entries

In Bokio it's not possible to record transactions with a future date. But, if you have a journal entry that is likely to occur on a future date you can schedule it.

When you're recording a journal entry with a future date, we will confirm that the transaction will be scheduled instead of recorded.

Once you click "Next" you will then have the option to schedule the journal entry instead of recording it.

You will see a message explaining that this will become a To do item.

The transaction will show in Upcoming in the To Do list, and you will have the option to "Preview" the transaction.

Once you reach the date of the transaction it will then be transferred to the Now tab where you will be able record it.
