What happens when I record a transaction?
When you record a journal entry, it goes under the “Accounting” then "Journal" tab in the menu. Here you can see all journal entries and look at the documentation if you chose to upload it directly. If you haven’t uploaded any documentation, you can do so now.
Click on the journal entry and then “Upload receipt or invoice”. This can be done regardless of whether material has already been uploaded for the journal entry. At the moment, it’s possible to add additional material only in the form of image files. If you want to upload multiple PDF files, you can either combine them into one file or convert them into image files.
