Submit expenses with the mobile app

With Bokio's mobile app, you can easily submit expenses by just taking a picture on the go.

The app is available to download for both Apple and Android devices. Go to the Google Play Store or App Store and search for "Bokio" and you'll find it.

Photograph your material

Log in with your Bokio account, select a company (if you have more than one), click on the camera icon and take a picture of your receipts and invoices.

Upload from your gallery

If you’ve received a receipt by email or taken a picture on a previous occasion, you can get the image straight from your gallery. For formats other than image files, for example PDF, you can take a screenshot with your mobile.

Add more pages

Sometimes the material you want to add has more than one page. Once you've taken a picture or downloaded from your gallery, simply click "Add Page" to add more pages to your material.

Add description and submit

To add a description, click Done to move to the next stage. You can describe your expense and submit it here. The expense will automatically be sent to your employer for their approval.

View your expenses

You can view your expenses, and their status, easily in the app.
