How does Bokio support work?

As a Bokio user you can contact our support, via support@bokio.co.uk, to get product support. Product support means that you can ask questions about our product, how our services and features work and get help with technical problems. You also have access to the Facebook group Bokio - British Entrepreneurs, where you can ask questions and discuss the Bokio software together with other Bokio users.

What should I do if I have an accounting question?

Our help guides give you answers to a variety of accounting questions. When you’re logged in to Bokio you can find them under Help in the top right of your screen. You can also contact our support team.
